for Free Public Event to Kick Off The Rivalry Week
Sunday Morning Event to Feature Both Head Coaches,
Former MVPs, Teams’ Sports Medicine Leaders,

Free Tickets to Sold-Out 150th Game
ALLENTOWN, Pa., November 11, 2014—To kick off the week leading up to The Rivalry—Lafayette College and Lehigh University, college football’s most-played rivalry—specialized hospital network Coordinated Health today announced it is bringing together the two football programs for a free public celebration of the game and free pro-level sports health screenings.
Titled The Rivalry Reunion, the exclusive November 16 event will be held at Coordinated Health at 2775 Schoenersville Road in Bethlehem beginning at 9 a.m. Event registration has opened at CoordinatedHealth.com/rivalry and through (610) 861-8080.
An exclusive partner of Lehigh and Lafayette athletics for the 150th meeting of The Rivalry, to be played at Yankee Stadium in New York, Coordinated Health has worked closely with both schools’ sports teams for more than 25 years to bring unrivaled sports medicine innovation to the Lehigh Valley.
“Coordinated Health has long held a unique position in The Rivalry, providing pro-level care for both teams,” said Coordinated Health’s Dr. Nicholas Slenker, the team physician for Lafayette. “We’re fortunate that we can bring the two programs together for the benefit of the Greater Lehigh Valley public.”

The November 16 event will feature:
9 -10 a.m. | The Rivalry Reunion Panel Discussion and Q&A
Two discussions, on the passion behind The Rivalry and on sports medicine innovation in Lehigh Valley, will feature:
- Frank Tavani, Head Football Coach, Lafayette
- Andy Coen, Head Football Coach, Lehigh
- Timothy Doane, Director of Sports Medicine, Lehigh
- Matt Bayly, Director of Sports Medicine, Lafayette
- Erik Marsh (Lafayette), MVP of The Rivalry (1992, 1994)
- Phil Stambaugh (Lehigh), MVP of The Rivalry (1996)
- Drs. Luchetti and Slenker and other Coordinated Health physicians who have worked with Lehigh and Lafayette football, including Drs. Stephen Brigido, Edward Schwartz, Paul Duffy and Dale Bautista
Matt Provence, the radio voice of the Philadelphia Phillies’ Triple-A team the Lehigh Valley IronPigs since the team’s inception, will serve as the event moderator.
10 a.m.-Noon | Free Pro-Level Sports Screenings
Each attendee can receive a free musculoskeletal screening administered by members of Coordinated Health’s acclaimed sports medicine team.
Noon | The Rivalry Ticket Giveaway
All attendees may participate in a drawing to receive tickets to the sold-out 150th meeting of The Rivalry, set for November 22 in Yankee Stadium. ESPN Radio and 99.9 The Hawk will be broadcasting live from the November 16 event and giving away at least 40 tickets to the game.
