golf club shoulder external rotation with hip rotation

Stand with your feet in a staggered stance with your right foot forward and your feet shoulder width apart and parallel to one another.  Place the head of the golf club in your right hand and the grip in your left. Keep your right elbow at your side with your arm in an “L ” position. Use your left hand to push the right hand around your body while you turn your shoulders and hip to the right. Hold the end position for 5-10 seconds and repeat 3-5 times and perform on both sides.
