golf club shoulder flexion with hip rotation

Stand with your feet in a staggered stance with your right foot in front. Your feet should be parallel to one another.  Place the head of the golf club in your right hand and the grip in your left. Use your left hand to push the right hand up and over your head. Rotate your hips and shoulders to the right. Hold the end position for 5-10 seconds and repeat 3-5 times and perform on both sides.
