Jessica
“ I started PT with Jessica, three years ago after rotator cuff surgery. Then, again, I requested her for my therapy last year after right knee replacement. And again, I requested Jessica for therapy, beginning in a week, after my left knee replacement. Jessica is a great therapist, as is her assistant, Eric. She takes the time to answer any questions, and has a genuine compassion for helping her patients. I cannot recommend her enough. Follow her direction, work hard and you will recuperate in no time. Following both of my surgeries, I was slated for three months of PT, and in both, I was discharged two months after beginning PT. I had an excellent surgeon, Dr Terpstra, and excellent after care from Jessica. Thank you. ”

After PT I felt I could make it!
“ Sadly I've always had Knee issues and I knew surgery was the only answer! Prior to coming to PT, I had no idea how I would ever be able to preform regular activities again after surgery. I was so afraid to try anything that they were asking me to but they stayed calm and caring and they showed me I really can do it. They were able to bring out confidence in me that I didn't even have in myself. With every visit I became progressively stronger both mentally and physically. What Jess and Joe were able to do for me was show me the seemingly impossible was possible! I started off on both crutches and just a few short weeks later I was on one. Now it's been a few weeks since I've even needed that one crutch. There were so many times that I did not see the light at the end of the tunnel but I would come in and try to work and smile through my pain and they saw that. ....they helped me use it as fuel to get through the visit! I'm now walking around the building and keeping up with them, because of them I feel I have the tools to make it through my next Surgery! With the support of my Family and the Help of God I've been able to make it through one of the most difficult times in my life! I am Blessed to be able to work with such positive and encouraging staff, I wouldn't trade this experience with them for the world! I have plenty of Great Memories that will stay with me for the rest of mylife, countless laughs and smiles that changed my way of thinking! Jess and Joe you Are the Best and may God continue to Bless and Keep you! ”

Bilateral Ankle Rehab
“ I am currently undergoing rehab for both of my ankles and impressed with the progress made so far!  ”

My visit made me aware.
“ I was at volleyball practice, and my patella popped out. When I went to Coordinated Health, I found out that I have a floating patella, and now I know to be careful when playing volleyball, and baton twirling. When I go to physical therapy I normally have Jess or Joe. Whenever I go, I have a good time. Jess is a very nice person to talk to, and Joe always makes my mom and I laugh. The best part of my experience was being able to strengthen my knee, so I could go back to twirling. ”

Saved my baseball career
“ I had this pain in my shoulder that wouldn't stop. So then I went to the doctor and they said you are going to need to get surgery the ligament in your shoulder is torn on both sides. When they said this I thought of the worse, will I ever play baseball again? Can I ever throw again? This injury scared me a lot, but with the coordinated health staff helped me through it, and I will be back on the field pitching varsity for Bethlehem Catholic High School next spring thanks to Coordinated Health. Also my physical therapist Jess helped me out a lot she was by my side through the whole injury, and the best part was we got to know each other. ”
