Dr. Choquette is a pain management surgeon who specializes in all aspects of chronic pain. Prior to coming to Coordinated Health, Dr. Choquette served as a physician with Pennsylvania Pain Management in Allentown and St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown.
After graduating from St. John’s University in New York, Dr. Choquette attended medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and received a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. “For a lot of patients, the question is this: what do I do when conservative means fail? That’s where my work come in, to help challenging conditions and improve the quality of life for my patients.”
