Melissa Trader, OTR/L, CHT, holds a Bachelor of Science, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of New Hampshire. She has been a certified hand therapist since 2007 and specializes in the upper extremity.
Missy has lectured on splinting through the Lehigh Valley Hand Society and to the general public regarding overall hand problems. She has regularly attended the annual Philadelphia Hand Conference and is organizing continuing education courses through Coordinated Health.
When she was 14, Missy attended a “take your child to work day” with her mom, then a nurse, and became interested in the OT department. She pursued OT in college and have since specialized in hand therapy.
