Stay in shape—and get stronger—with our summer sports training program designed for college athletes. You’ll train with one of our certified strength and conditioning coaches three mornings each week, focusing on strength, agility, and injury prevention. This class is ideal for graduating high school seniors and current college athletes of any and every sport.
• $200 for the summer (June 3rd to August 15th)
• Includes 3 classes / week (33 classes total!)
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 7 AM (makeup day Friday at 10 AM)
• Athletes of all sports welcome
• Payment collected at first class
