Single leg dead lift suitcase

Standing with  2 dumbells or kettlebells at your sides,  maintaining good posture with your spine, keep your arms packed tightly to your sides and your shoulder blades pinched together.  Stand on your left leg and begin to bow. Keep your right leg straight, reaching it back and low, while  bending at the left hip and knee. Finish the bowing movement when the dumbells reach your left knee or just below it. Return to the starting position by pushing through your left foot.
