Standing with a dumbell or kettlebell in your right hand Place your left hand with light touch on a chair back or stick for added balance support. Standing on your left leg, maintaining good posture with your spine, keep your right arm packed tightly to your side and your shoulders pinched. Keep your right leg straight, reaching it back and low while (bowing) bending at the left hip and knee. The movement ends when the dumbell reashes your knee or just below it. Return to the starting position by pushing through your right foot.
