Coordinated Health accepts dozens of insurance plans for a wide variety of services. Since insurance agreements are complex and often subject to change, we recommend that you contact your insurance company to ensure that you receive the most accurate and up-to-date information about your benefits.

Geisinger Health Plan

For those patients currently covered under a Geisinger Health Plan (GHP), many of you have taken advantage of our program to extend care to you as if you were covered in network. We extended this offer in response to Geisinger’s decision to no longer include us under their plan. We wanted to inform you that this program will end on December 31, 2018, and is only offered to patients with existing treatment plans
