Christopher Riedy is the Athletic Training Outreach Education and Equipment Coordinator. He graduated from Messiah College with a BS in Athletic Training and Physical Education. After completing his undergraduate work, Chris worked for the Northern York County School District as their Head Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, developing one of the area’s top high school athletic training programs. Before coming to work at Coordinated Health, Chris worked in many associated fields such as exercise physiology, orthopedic bracing and as a physician extender. Chris is a licensed athletic trainer in the state of Pennsylvania and a National Athletic Trainer’s Association Board of Certification Certified Athletic Trainer. He is also a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Orthotic Fitter. Chris is an American Heart Association BLS Instructor and a ConcussionWise Instructor. He received the Northern York County School District’s Outstanding New Professional Award in 1990 and has been an advocate for youth sports education programs. Outside of the office Chris, enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid power lifter who also coaches many up and coming lifters in the area.
