Chief Financial Officer
Craig Bollinger is the Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the financial functions of the company. He is also responsible for ensuring the financial integrity, day-to-day operating activities and performance of the business.
Prior to joining Coordinated Health, Mr. Bollinger was the Senior Vice President of Risk Management at NFI, a leading third party logistics provider. He was responsible for all Risk Management functions, including Workers Compensation, Safety & Loss Control, Insurance and Security. He also created and managed Bermuda Captive, a creative risk solutions provider. Prior to those roles, Mr. Bollinger was the Vice President, Risk Management at Burns International Services Corporation, and the Director of Risk Management for Borg-Warner Security Corporation and Borg-Warner Corporation.Mr. Bollinger previously held the positions of Assistant Treasurer and Assistant to the Vice-President of Finance for Baker Industries, while heading up the division’s Treasury Department.
Mr. Bollinger earned a Bachelor's degree from Stockton State College in Accounting in 1979. In 1986, he earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from Seton Hall University. Mr. Bollinger received an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from the Insurance Institute of America. Mr. Bollinger was an appointed member of the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation (MAPI) and was a member of the Executive Council for the Chicago, IL Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) Chapter.
