Elizabeth Thornton, RN, BSN, MHA
Vice President of Quality, Innovation, & Clinical Technology
Elizabeth Thornton is the Vice President of Quality, Innovation, & Clinical Technology for Coordinated Health. Ms. Thornton received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009 and graduated in 2018 from the University of Scranton with a Masters in Healthcare Administration.
Ms. Thornton has been with the company since 2009. She began her career at Coordinated Health as a Registered Nurse in the Allentown and Bethlehem Hospitals. Her leadership skills were soon recognized, and in 2012, Ms. Thornton accepted a position as the Clinical Applications Manager, where she managed all aspects of system implementations and upgrades, providing support to both clinical and administrative personnel.
In her current role, Ms. Thornton provides leadership for Coordinated Health’s innovative approach to product line management, including clinical application design, configuration, and support as well as the design, testing, and client-side development of clinical integration technology. She also oversees the Care Navigation Center, our central support service for the clinical integration of CH product lines. Ms. Thornton also leads the central quality function for the company providing direction and oversight for all federal and state quality programs and quality measurement systems.
