Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Grant Hoffman has joined Coordinated Health as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. A skilled communicator, facilitator, and strategic partner, Grant enhances HR functions by developing programs and processes that improve employee and organizational effectiveness. He supports the development of reporting capabilities for key metrics to align HR objectives to organizational business goals. Grant partners with teams throughout the company to drive business results, manage performance/compensation and attract, develop and retain talent.
Grant has a strong history of building collaborative relationships, empowering others and facilitating multi-functional partnerships with senior leaders, physicians, nurses, hospital staff and administrative staff. He most recently served as the Vice President, Human Resources Shared Services at Community Health Systems (CHS) Professional Services Corporation in Franklin, Tenn. where he developed a consolidated approach to Human Resources for more than 10 corporate entities with a total of over 5,000 employees. Prior to his tenure with the CHS Professional Services Corporation, Grant served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Phoenixville Hospital in Phoenixsville, Pa., where he directed all facets of Human Resources for a community hospital with 1,200+ employees.
Grant earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and has a Senior Professional in Human Resources credential from the HR Certification Institute. He also has a Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society for Human Resources Management. He has completed courses through Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration.
He has previously participated as Vice-Chair of the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the Phoenixville Area Senior Center, member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management), and member of American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA). His recreational activities include basketball, golf, boating, hiking and fishing.
