Jack Henzes, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon with Coordinated Health Scranton Orthopedics, credentialed at Coordinated Health Hospitals, part of Lehigh Valley Health Network.
He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. He received his orthopaedic surgery training at Hahnemann University Hospital. Dr. Henzes treats adults and children with a wide array of orthopaedic problems, with a special interest in sports medicine, arthroscopy and total knee and hip replacement. He serves as team physician for the Dunmore High School football team.
Dr. Henzes is board certified by the American Board of Orthpoaedic Surgeons and a member of the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society and local medical society.
Dr. Henzes is on the staff of Moses Taylor Hospital, Community Medical Center and the Northeast Surgery Center
