PT got me back to where I needed to be!
“ I injured my knee in January of 2017 while skiing and was devastated. I met Janet at my first appt a few days later and she said, “We will know each other very well at the end of this”....and she was right. I went from crying, feeling weak and powerless, to getting signed off in September of 2017 after passing a tough running test and equipped with the knowledge of how to keep improving and how to keep getting stronger. She has remained my number one fan and we keep in touch- I always report my progress and successes to my number one fan! Janet and her staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic. ”
