Pain Management

Kenneth Choquette, DO, is a pain management specialist with Coordinated Health, part of Lehigh Valley Health Network.

Dr. Choquette specializes in all aspects of chronic pain. Prior to coming to Coordinated Health, Dr. Choquette served as a physician with Pennsylvania Pain Management in Allentown and St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown. He is a member of the American Pain Society, American Osteopathic Association, and others.

Dr. Choquette sees his practice as a complement to Coordinated Health’s services. As a pain management specialist, he’s able to treat patients whose needs are not responsive to more conservative and traditional care such as physical therapy or even surgery.  He employs a combination of of injection techniques, when appropriate, and medication management to help control symptoms.  Additionally, advanced techniques such as spinal cord stimulation can be considered as necessary.

“For a lot of patients, the question is this: what do I do when conservative means fail? That’s where my work come in, to help challenging conditions and improve the quality of life for my patients.”

Sports Related Pain
“ My Family Doctor (Fabio Dorville) referred me to Doctor Choquette about a year ago now. I can't say enough about Doctor Choquette and his staff. He takes the time to listen and understands what I have gone through in my lifetime, past and present. They were mostly sports related injuries and operations from low back pain, 10 or more knee operations, elbows, hands, both fingers, and shoulders. I'd say he is a straight shooter. He's got me back in the local YMCA's swimming pool, swimming 3,500 yards, 3 days a week now which I haven't been able to do or even think about doing for some time now. ”
